I can never be bothered with this Shergar Cup nonsense. The one Saturday a year you can guarantee that I don’t put a bet on.

I’ll try to update naps tonight. If I don’t, I’m afraid it’ll be Monday evening. Im off to Haydock tomorrow for the Sky bet super Sunday series meeting. I didn’t know I was going until 20 mins ago and I’m staying overnight and don’t think I’ll be home until Monday afternoon.
Just need to find some winners now. 😬

Gl all for the remainder of today. As I say, I will try to update but I’m travelling today as well as soon as the hoops game ends so I’m gonna be strapped for time.

jimthetim53

Your horse won Packy. I put it on win and beat Thunder Legend. £6.50 🙂

Twisty

Evening all

It’ll be Monday for the full update folks, including the table, but if I’m correct we have no less than 8 winners today.

VP top Bhoy with a 7/1 shot
JNP off and running with a 7/2 winner**
16 Roads strikes with a 100/30 winner
Charlinick also jumps off with a 3/1
Bobby adds to his profit with a tidy 11/4
BP knocks in a 7/4
DRM a 13/8 winner
Jim bounces out the stalls with a 4/6 to get him off and running

As I say I’ll update the table as soon as time permits but it’s not too difficult to calculate yer position if you need to.

The following amounts will be added to your totals:

VP £8
JNP £4.50**
16 roads £4.33
Charlinick £4
Bobby £3.75
BP £2.75
DRM £2.63
Jim £1.66

All other entrants lose £1 .

** Subject to change following a stewards enquiry and objection lodged by Danny Mac and Twisty. Full details of the final decision will be posted on completion of the investigation which will be totally fair and carried out without prejudice. ( he’s had it)

Any mistakes folks – you know what to do, just shout. ( not you JNP)

JimmynotPaul

😂😂😂😂😂😂.
I can just envisage Twisty and Danny Mac, going through my naps post, for any type of error, whatsoever, to disqualify my selection.

Twisty

JNP
It’s strewn with errors. In fact too many to list.

( I tried to fight yer corner but Danny wasn’t having it. Honestly I pleaded with him but he was very dogmatic.)

jimthetim53

I admit I played safe but I don’t think it was odds-on when I chose it. Honest!

Twisty

Jim
It gets you out the stalls and into the race. You’ll get a 10/1 winner next week now 👍.

Mine was 5-1when I posted it.Still happy with the winner though!

Twisty/JNP

Hi guys

So glad JNP has finally picked a winner MANNACAN

So glad to see the positive energy classes have produced a winning selection for JNP in the name of his horse or maybe his pin hit the right line.

Congratulations anyway my friend.

Twisty

I posted my selection at 5 a.m. today it won at 10 to 1.😁
I wish.

I picked Danny T on Arecibo at Ascot which I think finished fifth.

I think my selection appeared at the start of the Twisty Naps selection on page 1 as opposed to the current page 7 type thing but it was a binger regardless.

Well done to all the winning selections today especially JNP .

Thanks again Twisty.

jimthetim53

Danny Mac, Just checked back, your NAP was 6th out of ten! You can do better than that, that’s usually my level. 🙂

DannyMac23

Jimthetim53

Hi mate that was a poor effort on my part and when it comes to a NAP you are as well finishing last if not first as only first counts.

Congratulations on you winner.

Twisty

Morning all.
As promised, though a little later than I’d have liked, here is the updated table after week 7. Quite a few got off the mark this week.
Our leafing tipster this week was Vogue Punter who tipped up a cracking 7/1 winner to get him out the stalls and up into 11th spot in the table. ( for some reason I was sure VP had already selected a winner, but no, this was his first this season) . Well done to top Bhoy VP.

Jimmy Not Paul unsurprisingly got away this week too. I knew you couldn’t keep a good man down too long and he found a nice winner at 7/2. First of many I’ve no doubt.

16 roads is undoubtedly gonna be up there when the prizes are dished out. Very consistent tipping. Clearly the man knows one end of a horse from the other. He rocked up again this week with another 100/30 shot. If it were not for the fact I’d jinx him, I’d be making some cash from backing his selections!!

Charlinick joins the winners with his first winner, which obliged at 3/1. Well done Charliebhoy. He finds himself moving away from the bottom group. Again, I’m sure it’ll be the first of many.

Our host Bobby us also proving he’ll be another up there at the business end. An 11/4 winner, which I think is his third of the season. Great stuff. Top 6 position for Bobby.

Big Packy’s strategy of short pricers reaps rewards this week again when his 7/4 selection got its nose in front to ensure BP stays in the black for the season and he remains in the top 10 in 9th position.

DRM got his second winner of the campaign when his selection won at 13/8. Keeps DRM in the black and another winner for him is likely to see him enter the top 10.

Our final winner of the week was Jim the Tim. Jim’s selection was gambled heavily and the gamble proved justified as it came home in front to get Jim off and running. Getting that first win under his belt sees Jim leave the bottom group, where ten of us remain looking for that initial success. Well done Jim.

As ever folks, spot an error just flag it up on the nags page and I’ll pick it up at some point and make the correction, though as you all know, I don’t make mistakes. ( well I did once in 1977 In Thailand but honestly, it definitely looked like a girl).

Other than that, apologies again for the late table update. This week has been a bit of a ball ache. 😬. I’m sure I’ll be more punctual next week.

Gracias for your continued participation bhoys and Ghirls.
