Site regular D R M has very kindly offered to run a competition for the three days of Scotland’s top racing meeting, which includes the Ayr Gold Cup. The competition runs from 17-19 September.
All you have to do is pick a horse from each race over the three days and post them here before the first race of the day. Points will be awarded as follows.
1st-5 points
2nd-3 points
3rd-1point
A daily NAP is permitted, and will be awarded double points.
Prize money is
Winner-£60

This is a very generous gesture from D R M, and I hope we get a decent turnout for it.

Good Luck Everyone 👍🏻
A decision was taken to push racing back an hour and have another inspection at 1.45pm. Gold and Silver cup at same time as advertised with the proposed race order now changing to 3, 4, 5, 1, 2, 6, 7.
Final results for D R M’s Ayr Competition, which has enthralled and perplexed us in equal measure. It’s been very difficult to pinpoint a winner, and my heartiest of congratulations to those who came out on the right side of the ledger!
