On again/Off again
It might well be said that the relationship between the executive and the supporters is akin to that of an unhappy couple always bickering at each other with the occasional outburst of fury breaking into the public domain.
So it happened on Saturday when we were once again graced with a Dermot rant broadcast through the clubs media only not bearing his name.
The sanctity of the golf course was not only breached but his presence in those circles brought disruption which never elevates ones standing in quality circles. His rant may as well have been four words,,you crossed the line,,,and it is clear now that his personal line has been crossed.
The Collective, fresh off being welcomed back into the fold of approved to talk with, got the blame and the door publicly slammed in their face and divorce papers served judging by Dermots tenor. I’ve genuinely no idea if that blame is correct or misplaced but blame was cast. Left with nothing to lose and everything to gain the Collective have since announced they will be doubling down on their efforts.
Its an impasse that makes the Hormuz Strait look like small-talk and backing the beleaguered team and manager to the maximum appears increasingly unlikely in the midst of fresh hostilities on Kerrydale Street. Sidelining a huge swalve of the support is never a wise course of action and if the Tims grow exasperated on the park plus off it then there will be a tidal wave of determination to drive proper change through, whatever that looks like.
The problem with issuing battle cry’s is that one day battle arrives.
The problem with making the place toxic is that the buck stops with him and the board.
The new manager is already on a loser what with the numerous qualifiers, late budget arrivals, and a world famous club at war with itself.
But its all our fault.

Thanks though for saying what you did. It is well intended and comes from a good heart.

Now, and once Rebus gets some good news (and I just have a good feeling he will)it will be the best non-transfer window in a while!
Big Packy

HI mike the pack say hello uncle mike, cheers buddy.H.H
If Desmond makes no attempt at reconciliation with the fans, he really should stop making the claim that he only does what’s best for the club, as it’s clearly untrue.
Having amassed enough money for 10 lifetimes, it’s rather confusing exactly what it is he’s doing here.
TSATC,cheers buddy we survived the whites and the Kelly’s and we will survive this mob, another true story👍👍👍

I’ve been lurking on here for a few weeks but not posting very much, as I didn’t want to spread my annoyance at our club on here. However, I’ve just seen your post about wee Joan’s excellent news, and that’s fair lifted my mood. So pleased for you both, now get that bottle of Scotsmac opened 😄
Great news Big Packy👍
HI SOL long time no speak, missed you buddy👍👍❤❤❤❤❤ thanks for that🍷🍾
drew 67 thanks pal👍❤❤
Martin blethering away as ever, talking a good game, whilst completely missing the point about the manner of those three defeats.

Kele wanted £20k p/w tax free, £40k before tax, that put the kibosh on it as far as I’ve been told.
Ps great news BP.
Kelechi here’s what AI say about his wages:
The Club Pays the Tax: When a player signs a contract in Turkey, the club legally absorbs the entire tax burden. The £23,000 per week (€1.4 million per year) announced by Bursaspor’s president is the “clean” net amount that goes straight into Iheanacho’s pocket
This system gives Turkish clubs a massive competitive edge. For example, for Iheanacho to receive that same £23,000 clean weekly wage in the UK or Scotland (where he previously played for Celtic), a British club would have to pay a gross salary closer to £45,000–£50,000 per week due to higher progressive tax brackets
Caveat we had the option of one year extension, which we let pass offering him the chance to renegotiate a deal.
SAN LUIS how is the weather over there, just took the dugs oot and got soaked here in cheshire 😎😎thanks pal👍👍
Good evening friends.
Scotland v Slovenia on BBC2 in 5 minutes. Tonight we score goals!
Big Packy and Wee Joan.
Great news and best wishes to you both.x

Changeable today, but rest of week looks good , high 20s and blue skies.
Commentator bumming up the mediocre Gilmour as per instructions.
Tried same the other night and he was poor and got subbed
FAN-A-TIC 😎😎cheers buddy, gave you your proper name there,,hope you are well❤👍
McFadden praising Scotlands high line.
The same high line that saw 2 players in last 2 games sent off for last man fouls
Gilmour 25 years 50 caps and little to do with his football ability.
Gilmour is a decent player but not quite the world class superstar that many pundits claim.
Yeah I’ve watching Gilmour in particular, no idea what he offers the team, nearly lost a goal there because of him!
Absolutely dreadful so far. No cohesion whatsoever . A bit like watching the hoops of late.
Bluegrass
The midfield looks like they have embraced Celtics tactics by midfield disappearing every time Slovenia go forward
Gannon Doak never met a blind alley he couldn’t run up
Out of all the Lisbon Lions, only Billy McNeil and Jinkie have achieved more caps than McBurnie
Ferguson is only Scotland player with positional sense.
What has happened to McGinn in recent games?
The amount of smoke BBC Scotland blow up every Scottish hun players arse is unreal… regardless if they’ve even played for the new club.
World class finish 😄
Christie does what he does by crossing too high.
An assist for McBurnie 😉
San Luis
It’s why they have their jobs.
Christie scores.
He was too close to goal to blast over bar.
“Every time I watch Ollie McBurnie play, I see a world class footballer”, said Mr Magoo.
I think I heard correctly, they said McBurnie has 20 caps……and no goals 🫣
Iheanacho cant stop scoring. Scores against Russian Fed in friendly today.
Excellent news Big Packy and Wee Joan 👋👋👋👋👋

50 caps, that bit is just unbeleivable.
I was with a load of Junior footballers last saturday, we all agreed, he is the most over-rated player.
Binks and Welsh ball watching. 1-1

Hi San Luis:
Prestonpanbhoys nailed it:
”we had the option of one year extension, which we let pass offering him the chance to renegotiate a deal.”
Desperate to recover the zillions they blew on the Nancy farrago, such as by chiseling Maloney and Fozzy, the Board cheapskates thought they could do the same with Kelechi, thinking he would have no options.
Well, he showed them!
Agree with you on MON blethering. He even said some of the losses weren’t that close!
Erm…5-1, LASK with 40 shots, 3-0 at the Bigotdome, 1-3 at home to piss poor Ferencvaros,
0-1 at home to Huns, 1 shot on target.
Keeps talking about leading the league, but we probably won’t be before we kick off on Sunday. Season is on a slippery slope. Nancy was 2 and 6. MON is 4 and 4 his last 8, with Motherwell, Benfica, Hearts and Celta Vigo next up. No gimmies there.

INIQUITOUS IV😊
Nearly 2. Scotland defence sleeping again. Slovenia just keeping the ball since they scored .
Slovenia outclassing Scotland, should be ahead, embarrassing to watch.
Hope Ferguson signs for the huns, he’s rotten.
Scotland pitiful, from top to bottom.
Under 21s eliminated in qualifiers for Euro Finals, finishing behind the Czech Republic, whose seniors are being currently dismantled at Wembley.
No clean sheets in last 9 Hampden internationals.
Woeful.
This is like watching Celtic of late.
Horseshoe v the spear.
My eyes are bleeding watching this, close to switching to PBS and watch a history documentary!
Auldheid,
This is nothing like watching Celtic.
This is funny 😁
